For customization requests, please DM us on Instagram with your order details and the changes you would like to make. Our team will review your request and confirm whether the desired customization is possible.

1. Please Note

  • Customization is available only on selected products.
  • Additional charges may apply depending on the customization requested.
  • Customized pieces may require additional processing time.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and customization details.
  • Once a customized order has been confirmed and production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
  • Customized products are generally not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, except in cases of damage or an error from our side, subject to verification.
