At Fynlace, every piece is handmade with care and produced in limited quantities. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds on orders once they have been placed.

1. Size Exchanges

Exchanges are available only in case of a genuine sizing issue.

This includes:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • A minimal exchange fee will be charged to the customer.
  • The product must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition, with packaging intact.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

To avoid sizing issues, we strongly recommend selecting your size carefully according to our Size Guide before placing your order.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

A complete, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for us to verify the issue. The video should clearly show the package from the time it is unopened through the opening of the parcel and the issue with the product.

Without a complete unboxing video, we may not be able to process a claim for a damaged or defective product.

3. Handmade Disclaimer

Each Fynlace piece is handmade, and slight variations in stitching, finishing, or appearance may naturally occur.

These minor variations are not considered defects and are a part of the unique handmade nature of our products.

4. Policy Agreement

By placing an order with Fynlace, you acknowledge and agree to the above Refund & Exchange Policy.
