• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the available shipping/tracking details to help you track your package.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

2. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, PIN code, and other delivery details are accurate and complete before placing your order.

Fynlace will not be responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address or contact details provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, an unavailable recipient, or repeated delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.

3. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Fynlace cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, natural circumstances, public holidays, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

4. Important

Once an order has been placed, please ensure that the shipping details are correct. Any request to change the delivery address after dispatch may not be possible.
